Delete your account
Delete in the app (fastest)
You can delete your account directly inside Weady:
- Open Weady and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account and associated app planning data. Local planning data remains on your device until you remove it.

Email us from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll permanently delete it within 30 days:
Website Story films
You can delete individual films and their uploaded media from My Library. To request deletion of your website account and associated film data, email hello@weady.co from the email address used for that account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Your account and all cloud-stored data are permanently deleted: profile, weddings you own, budget, guests, seating, checklist, vendors and RSVP data. This action cannot be undone.
Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Payment providers may retain transaction records for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription; cancel it through your store account.
